I have to normalize 1.5 M French addresses (street number, street name, ZIPCode, city). The job can include the following : 1) validate the coherence between the ZIPCode (Code postal) and the city name. The likelihood logic must be implemented 2) check if the street name exist in the city. In case of no match, an address similar to the one tested must be proposed. Step 1 can be done with a test on a French address DB I will supply. Step 2 can be done with a test on a French address DB, or via an API such as Google's. I estimate about 20% of the addresses will not have an exact match.

Dear, I can code a VBA macro once you pursached the French DB. So for the first part, I think that it will resolve the problem. My challenge is concerning the second part. We can use google API but not sure it will resolve the problem. We have to discuss about that. Thanks
