Convert MS Publisher word files to Word 2003

I need 42 files converted from MS Publisher 97 to Word 2003 format. Files are around 30K each. I would like to preserve the original formatting in the files. No other edits are required. Just resupply the MS Word files back to me. Example file uploaded. I can ftp all files where required.
