Data Entry Into Excel List

I have a pdf file with the following information: Name, phone number, email, status I need this information to be added to an excel file, along with extra fields of data. These other fields of data are obtained by doing a google search to find them. You will be required to go to places like google maps, their website, or any other website to obtain the information. The fields of data that I need are as follows: Name, Company, Email, Website, Address, Status, Size(rough estimate), Phone number, Potential (if they design commercial spaces or not) Thanks,
