I have a publication on the diagnosis of oral cancers using Raman spectroscopy and PC-LDA modelling. I have done several projects in multivariate data analysis, Microarray data analysis. Hypothesis testing of clinical data, Pharmacovigilance and translational medicine. I have very good analytical and critical thinking skills which would be useful in any project. I have expertise in R an excel and can do clustering-K means and heirarchial and classification ,PCA on clinical data to gain insights. Then I can do survival analysis , chisquare test to determine the relation , correlation between any variable .
