I need to convert this Matlab project: [login to view URL] to Delphi project. I need Delphi EXE and source code. The source code must be compatible with Delphi XE3. You must NOT use third-part VCL or libraries. The Matlab project plot some charts, you can also use canvas (TBitmap) to draw simple chart into TImage, I'm not need of beautiful chart, simple chart is OK. In alternative you can use TChart component (the default chart component of Delphi). The Delphi project must work as the Matlab project. The conversion must be completed by January 20.

Hi, Your budget for this project is very low. I have dowload and running the code and get the original code have more than 10000 lines. Matlab is a simple and easy languange. But, if we want to convert this language to other (delphi, C++ or other). We can get multiple lines from the original code. Because 1 lines in Matlab can be 10, 100 or more lines in other language. That is why my bidding larger than other. I think the other bidder dont check or download the original matlab code before bidding. That is why they give the low bidding for this project.
