Design and implement using Borland Delphi (e.g. version 7) two chart components. 1) TPieChart is a Pie Chart component that shows a pie with 2..10 different sections with a legend on the side. All the legend captions must support word wrap. The component uses some shading effects. 2) TLineChart is a Line Chart component that shows a single line chart with a nice background image and effects. The X and Y axis scales (the numbers drawn to the chart) are defined in run-time, as is the actual data (that is drawn with the line). The axis must support string prefixes, e.g. with a prefix of "%" the axis captions would be e.g. "1%", "5%" etc. It must be possible to select whether the chart is drawn with the data points visible (the pink/red dots in the image, see the attachment) or not. There is no need to add any caption or other texts to the chart. Please see the attached file for screenshots how the charts should look like.
## Deliverables

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
4) A demo application that allows me to test both components with custom data.
