Arduino I2C Hex Loader -- 2

hi, i am an electrical engineer. i have expertise in embedded system design and Matlab.i can help you with this project. for the project i will develop custom hardware and will write the software. there will be one node that will connect to PC and send out I2C signal and on the other node I2C will be recied and program the Arduino. Hi. I'm that one talanted and motivated individual who you are looking for :) I have 4+ years experience with Arduino and atmega mcu and C/C++ experience 18 years. About my experience - I delivered many projects with atmega and arduino, but can't explain everything here. Also I have some experience with bootloaders in atmega, with updating firmware, and etc. About your project: I definitely interested in it. And, price not at first place - as for me this is interest project, so I hope to get this work from you :) As I understand, there is some device with atmega mcu. New device (I hope to develop) should receive hex file via I2C and burn it into target device (I assume ISP should be used, but may be own scheme with bootloader). Correct me please, if I'm wrong.
