Designing functionality of Interactive Display

We would like to build a display that would Incorporate multitouch but also have a very high sensitivity to a pen tool for editing, designing of all types. We like the wacom concept but we want to develop something has a larger displays but also incorporates a few other features like ( Webcam, Bluetooth, wifi, hdmi, usbs, it will have a button to pop up keyboard, 3d mousing feature as well as express keys). The Framing is being developed as we speak and it will be available in the next week but we need some type of mechanical, technological design that would allow us to continue moving forward with our idea.
