Bluetooth enabled LED + motion sensor micro controller project

The idea: Microprocessor would react to motion sensor (in fact mouse sensor) movements (up/down) and reflect that via different LED lighting. Additionally Microprocessor would have to store some logs about the movements, and would be configurable via Bluetooth. On demand, a Bluetooth communication is established to be able to receive new configuration data and send logs. (the other Bluetooth endpoint programming is out of scope of this project, but if the freelancer is up to it, can be arranged). The components to put together: 1) Bluetooth controller, 2) LEDs 3) Mouse sensor (with module for movement discrimination, i.e. distinguish up/down vs left/right swipes) 4) Main microprocessor (controlling logic, logs, configuration data) 5) other necessities (battery, on/off switch, test buttons...) The assembly, testing plans and other related details will be arranged upon cooperation agreement.
