AVR ATMEGA 8 C Code for RF ID Based water vending machine

We want only Embedded system not complete product as following requirement Front End: 1. Costumer registration via master card with initial balance "120" on new card swipe and accept on smart card. Validity of 30 days 2. Water dispense on as 20 ltr. and "Rs 4" amount should detect from their balance and balance shown on lcd. 3. Successful transaction with "x" amount and after complete transaction balance should shown on lcd. 4. out put for 20 ltr. (Delay pin out) Back end: 1. Costumer massage recharge system e.g.(Format "cardno amount pin" send to gsm sim) 2. Recharge successful massage on "xyz" admin number (no may be one or two) 3. Option for total no of user and total transaction (water quantity) on master card option. Operation: USER: 1. Massage when machine is not in use LCD"Welcome iPURE , Swipe card for water" 1.
