Cars Company Dilemma

Hello , i have a problem in Engineering Design , the problem : * imagine that we have car company that have different cars for Ex. Toyota , there s 6 counters that the people goes to , make the best procedure & people not wait so everyone go to the right person , not wait then he founds that the wrong person .. 1- make 5 questions ( every question have 5 choices ) , so any one enter the store take this questions then based on it , take a number for the right counter . 2- convert this question to if : then equations.
