ASP.net table maintenance program needs more user friendly features

We have a program app that works, in asp.net, C#, deployed to the web. It maintains a security tables which holds our customers, logins, report priviledges, etc. It was originally made for a technical administrator, but now it will be used by the customers to maintain their own data, such as new user, etc. SO we need to have various layers of users of the system. The system is to allow users to run various reports. The reports have a report id, and the users get linked to a customer so that the report knows what data to get. We need to have the customers have their own admins who will then assign other users in their company. then we need our own admins who will assign our customer admins. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
