**SPECIAL SOFTWARE APPLICATION: AUDIO VISUAL MANAGER**
A special software solution is proposed to handle the sales and distribution of AudioVisual eformats.
**_Brief_**
The proposed software or application will contain embedded in it our AudioVisual messages in MP3 and MP4 formats. These messages will be embedded in encrypted form, accessible only through the interface that comes with the software.
A classic example is in the blackberry back up file, it contains a variety of files, videos, music, emails, calendar notes etc but in encrypted form. These files though embedded in the backup file on a Computer system can only be accessed through the BlackBerry desktop application.
The proposed software will be installed on a system and will be used to transfer messages to different devices.
**_Proposed Features_**
* contain all messages embedded in encrypted form in the software
* have a function to transfer messages to external devices (smart phones)
* sync with iTunes to transfer to IPhones, Ipods and IPads or have a way to transfer to Apple devices
* track details (titles, quantity, date, time etc) of all files transferred
* automatically transmit sales/transfer information to a designated website
* Contain a feature to allow for updating with new MP3 and MP4 titles as released, similar to Microsoft updates or antivirus updates on a system
* Contain a feature that can remotely lock the software from headquarters where necessary, e.g. where a user has not gone online to 'remit' sales details as required or specified etc
* Should have a feature to enable us identify each unique user
**Use/Deployment of Software**
The software will be made available to all our Churches, Nigeria, international etc. They will make sales and we will receive information here at the headquarters on sales via the software.
It will also be made available to individuals/Church members who can have it as a business.
