Auction/Classifides E-Commerce Site

Hello, I have purchased an auction/classifides template. I would like it to be set up so multiple users can access the site and sign up for a Membership using a SECURE method. Also, payments will be made by customers using the site and thus, a SECURE check-out will have to be designed on the backend. I want to be able to connect users--buyers and sellers--so there must be an ability for members to post products and/or services for sale/wanted between members. Please advise what software you will be using and why. Must get started ASAP. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform NA
