Complete the automated payment sytems with video/banners/sell sections

We have a website called [login to view URL] and the payment system on the video section and ad banner section needs to be finished. Our company goes through a third party merchant called authorize.net. Our goal is for our payment system is to put all of our clients on automated monthly payments. The payments will be deducted thirty days after the clients initially posts ad banner. The payments for video uploads should be deducted as soon as the client enters thier information in our system. Video uploads do not recieve a thirty day free trial. The section that allows the business to sell thier building, should deduct money as soon as they post thier building to our site. So just to be clear there are exaclty 3 sections that the payment module should be integrated (video, ad banners and selling a business). My last developer completed this task but we had to change our bank account numbers because someone hacked into our account and attempted to steal money. So we changed banks and we are hoping for a better outcome with this portion of our website. With all the programing aspect already in place this should be a fairly simple process. Thanks
