Convert existing excel structural engineering calculations into a program using C++. Must provide similar work done previously. must be able to explain me how the program works and how can I do minor updates on my own. Must send copy of university diploma. Please send a message for the excel spreadsheet. I will make milestone payments but the payments won't be released until the program is as agreed at the beginning.
