Custom Wordpress Blog design built from Thesis theme

We need a unique blog designed from the Thesis 1.8 theme. Customized to meet our desired needs to update from our old blog and switch over to a customized thesis theme version. This theme would be for an existing fashion blog and the design would have to be very Web 2.0 and appeal to young women that love fashion and that are typically between the ages of 18-40. We have some very specific requirements on content area size, sidebar, background for ad skins, custom logos/titles and so forth. Will need to work with designer to ensure design is coming along from the very beginning. We are looking for designers with a high level of WordPress expertise.
