I am looking for engineer to help me put together a prototype AIO pc

The components are as follows.

dragonboard410c

18.5 LCD panel

12v 2A power adapter

Requirements are:

- You will remotely walk me through how to put the elements together over Skype.

- Give me a list of any components needed prior to build

- there must be only one power source into the unit - the LCD must be powered off the dragonboard if possible - otherwise provide solution.

- light up PC casing using led

- needs an external power button onto the case.

- the unit must be mounted neatly in the back of the casing (photo provided) and meet safety requirements.
