Design historically correct multifamily residential building in New Orleans, LA

I'm looking for a design (2d and 3d) for a new residential building to be built on a plot of land which measures 30 feet by 110 feet. The design must meet New Orleans Historic District Landmark Commission guidelines [login to view URL] and all applicable building codes. The final design must be able to be used to obtain a building permit. Documents to include drawings and specifications for all applicable building systems. Although the design is intended to be multifamily it must be able to be easily converted to a single family home Familiarity with New Orleans a plus. A $500 contingency will be available, outside of agreed upon design fees, to cover necessary revisions by a licensed professional stamping the drawings. Any monies expended for revisions to obtain a permit will be deducted from this fund. If no revisions are necessary, this amount will be available as a bonus. Do not include this amount in your offer to perform the work. For reference, the property is located in the vicinity of the New Orleans Fairgrounds and Dillard University.
