With a 25 years of manufacturing experience in machining and fabrication industry, and now with a design institute of my own, I think I have enough of knowledge and experience of designing a product keeping in mind practical difficulties encountered at the time of fabrication of such a product. The design would be completed in AutoCAD, 2D and if required also in 3D, with no extra cost. The set of drawings would consist of 1 assembly drawing, and separate part drawings for each of the sections, along with quantity of each section. We ensure at drawing stage that manufacturing can be completed without any hassles. Entire drawing set will be completed in one day.

I will draw it in Solidworks as this will give a 3D assembly which leads to more flexiability without having to redraw it, eg exploded view, BOM etc. Use of standard ISO weld symbols. Use of standard steel sections. Drawing sheet can be customised to company name etc.
