It will have a threshold adjusting preset which you will need to adjust to a level which you think is absent of sound. it will then turn a LED to show that there is no sound sensed. if waited for 15 (adjustable in codes) minutes, then it will turn off the gadget via relay. I will use Rs 40 microcontroller to do this task, a small PCB will be supplied along with codes. Lets do it. I have given a reasonable price too. Thanks
