Hello. I would love to do this project for you. Please look at my last review for "commercial architect". I can draw very accurate drawings and sections for you, at any scale you want. I am very profficient with AutoCAD, Revit for Architecture, Rhinoceros and V-ray. Looking at your pdf, i noticed there are 2 floors and wonder whether 25A is part of your store? How do you want to split the program? What is it to be on ground floor/first floor? I also believe there are fireplaces there, am I correct? How to deal with that? What about toilets for employees? Should we provide them also? I believe we can if you can find me a plumbing/sewage plan of that building. For the cabinets, I can also drawn them for you, plans sections and 3d views, and follow up the execution with unlimited revisions. Thank you so much for reading my bid.
