AutoIt to automate Onyx Rip Software - Add files, change size, name job, etc..

I need an automation created, most likely using AutoIt, or something like it. We print wall decals, and need to add files, both jpg's and eps's to a print software called Onyx. Onyx is PC based. * Flies from a folder need to be added one by to Onyx. * File gets opened in Onyx * File needs to be sized. The SIZE needs to fetched from an Excel spreadsheet that has the file number, then a dash and the size. 12345-24 would be 24 inches. You need to be able to determine which side is LONGEST, length or width, and enter the number there. There is some logic in determining length and width, especially from EPS files *After the file is in Onyx and the size is entered, the ORDER number needs to be entered in the proper dialog box in Onyx. Again, the order number can be found in the Excel Spreadsheet. *You need to repeat these steps until all the images in the folder have been opened in Onyx and all the sizes and order numbers entered. * Minor changes may need to be made, such as changing maximum length. If enough images get placed in Onyx, the length of the job could exceed 100 feet, which we may not want. * I can provide screen shots and also do a Google Hangout or Skype to show you the program. You cannot install the program on your own computer, since it has a dongle to make the program work. The program is $3000 to purchase.
