I have developed several Access 2010 databases, including a simple tenant tracker and sales tracker, and am able to use VBA to accomplish a variety of required calculations. I have 5 years real estate sales and 2 years of property management experience. The bid information has a limited scope of the database, so it is unclear what outputs/reports you will need or if you need additional forms. I am estimating 5 days, but a database can be completed in 1 day if there are not complicated reports.
