Add Validations (already created) to an excel spreadsheet -

Hello,
I have an excel spreadsheet that needs some final touches to be ready.
1) I need the validation search terms entered into the appropriate fields from an already created WorkSheet in my spreadsheet. It was already partially created, so you have a head start on it. Some fields are already showing the little drop down arrow for the validations, and if you type it shows you the list, but it's not populating the search terms correctly, just showing you the list. So this it really just a matter of adding the formulas to remaining fields, verifying everything works, and then copy and paste in appropriate cells.
2) When Quantity is entered for a product by a customer, is it possible to Add a List of those selected products to bottom of Order form on a separate page, like a final invoice right up....?
That will show you Description | Quantity | Price , and then of course a Total $ amount. I've attached a screenshot of what I'd like to invoice to look like on the final page...
ONE thing- YOU must not mess with any alignment of any row or columns in Sheet 1. Everything has been perfectly aligned, and it took quite some time to get it just right.
