Add some calculations to Excel 2003 spreadsheet

I have a spreadsheet for keeping track of donations for a non-profit organization. It's a list of donors and the amounts they donate, a calculation should be added for calculating the total amount and number of donations per donor. And a calculation should be added for counting how many times each donor name is mentioned in another list. I attach the spreadsheet to this project, please take a look at it, look for text "put calculations here" and the sticky notes I've added. The spreadsheet should work in Excel 2003. I am willing to pay 10 euro for this not more because for a skilled Excel person this should only be 10 minutes of work.
