Amending a macro

The Excel 2007 file that accompanies this invitation consists of three worksheets: base, selected horses and summary. I have added some data to the selected horses worksheet and if the "select horses" button on that sheet is activated, data is drawn from the base worksheet and added to the summary worksheet. In addition, for every row of data entered in the selected horses worksheet (in the case of the attached file, 8 rows) an additional worksheet is added, giving data for the horse named in column A. The data in the additional worksheets can cover four years, and the macro that generates it inserts blank rows between years. For example, when the "select horses" button is activated, the second additional worksheet that will be generated is entitled Chaussini, and blank row 5 separates the data for two different years. We would like two additions made to the macro: 1) to correct a problem best illustrated on the Lujeanie worksheet that will be generated when the "select horses" button is activated. Because some of the cells in the last data row for a year are coloured, the blank row when inserted is also coloured, for any cells in the data row immediately above, except for cells K and L. Hence most of the cells in row 6, and cell S in row 22, are coloured. We would like the macro amended so that no matter what coloured cells there are in the last row of data for a year, the row inserted to separate that data from that for the next year is blank, ie as in row 5 of the Chaussini sheet; 2) when the macro is activated, it picks up the data for each horse that has been entered in the selected horses worksheet and enters some of it in the final rows of the additional worksheets such as Chaussini and Lujeanie. However, it does not pick up the fill and font colours for cells in column C of the selected horses worksheet and carry them across to the additional sheets, eg into cell C8 of Chaussini and cell C27 of Lujeanie. We would like the macro amended so that any fill and font colours in column C of the selected horses worksheet are carried into the additional sheets when generated. Happy to clarify any points.
