Statistics for Chapter 4 Data Analysis of Dissertation - Person needs knowledge and experience with SmartPLS (PLS-SEM) and SPSS statistics. - Will perform all statistics and word all findings/results in a manner suitable for thesis/dissertation. - Need to explain how all tests were done as this may need be incorporated in the methodology section. Statistics to be performed: 1. Perform factor analysis. SPSS 2. Perform Crombachs Alfa. SPSS 3. Perform ANOVA. SPSS 4. Perform PLS-SEM Model for 4 independent variables, 1 moderating variable and 1 dependent variable. (Perform PLS algorithm, bootstrapping, etc.) 5. Will need to measure effect of moderating variable between each of the independent variables and the dependent variable. 6. Perform descriptive statistics. This is the same project than one of a Puerto Rican guy. Are you the same person? I've been working with PLS-SEM for a year. I've worked with it to generate composite indicators for presidential aprooval, behavorial sciences, consumer satisfaction and educational models. PLS is highly recommended in situations we can't assume normality of data and it is oriented to prediction. In many ways, it's performance is better than maximun likehood.
