Dear Sir, I think you need only Query to generate Company and name in domain and email. Am I correct? If you award to me, I will create Database, import your data then I do generate my Query to get Domain and Email. After all, we can also check duplicate.

Greetings!!! I am working in supply chain domain. We using process data in the database like Oracle. But to manage reports and modification we use excel/access components like feed data from CSV, processing data, creating charts and diagrams. I watched your requirements in the attached video. The way you tried to put the requirement is wonderful. Please find my thoughts on the requirement. 1. I can make a unique field in the access to avoid duplicate 2. I can use expression to build email from name,company, domain 3. I can validate the email field using the validation rule. But Validation rule only allows expression. So can't validate directly from the database. But We can try creating a new table which links to an external table and try building email based on the columns. I need a couple of clarifications on the requirement. 1. Can the user, who entered the email id/details, edit those records? I would like to know how the users access the access database. Does it prompt for use to login? What is the authentication mechanism being used? In order to access to identify who is using the table, you need to have some kind of identification mechanism (VBA form with allowed users list and password to validate against). With this, you will be able to mask the filled-email id rows/shows to that particular user. Feel free to get in touch with me, if you are interested in working with me.
