Build Cassini optimized titles.

Time Span ========= This project is for the month of May. Description =========== * I will be providing an excel file every day containing 50 Amazon ASINs. * The Freelancer (FL) will have to create 50 Titles for eBay Listings. * Send me back the Excel File with the 50 Titles. * I expect to receive the file back within 1 to 8 hours the latest. (Depends on the time difference, and it is smt that will be discussed) * FL may not keep the File in his possession. * The total number of Titles will be 31x50 = 1550 * Most of the times the titles will be from the same category, and will be using keywords from the same pool. That makes the job of the FL much easier since he/she will need to research keywords of a category and not each product. * Some times though the titles might be from more than 1 categories. * The FL may use any tool(s) for research and title building that he/she wants. * Project will be awarded on the last day of April and first file will be sent on the 1st of May. Specifications for Titles ========================= * Titles may NOT contain less than 78 characters. * More than 40 titles out of 50 should be 81 characters. * They need to be properly researched with the right keywords. * They have to be Cassini Optimized. Payment ======= * I am willing to pay up to $200, plus a small bonus at the completion of the project. * I will create 4 Weekly Milestones on 11, 18, 25 and 1st of June. * Milestones will be paid on Time. * Each Milestone will be $50. * On the 1st of June, if I am satisfied with the job I will also pay a small bonus. * If I fail to provide the file with the 50 listings, FL will be paid in FULL. (There will be no reduction to the payment, but I reserve the right to send 100 ASINs the next day). * If you are not willing to work on Sundays, it is perfectly fine as long as you compensate. Qualifications / Expectations ============================= * I expect the FL to have good knowledge of English, so that we can communicate. * Must have previous experience in building Cassini optimized Titles. (If you don't know what Cassini is, please don't apply for the job). * Attention to detail. * Punctuality is VERY important. * Before I award the project I will test the candidates by sending them a file (the same to all of them) with 10 ASINs from different categories and ask them to send me back an excel file with the titles. Notes for Recruiter =================== * This project is extremely easy for someone who knows what he/she is doing and has the right tools. I wouldn't expect from someone who knows what he/she is doing to spend more than a minute to build a title. * So I am willing to pay $200 a month salary for 1 hour work per day. I believe that the pay is generous even if it was for 2 hours a day. * However I would expect the FL to have extensive experience in this task. * I will not tolerate sloppiness and inconsistency in the quality of work and punctuality. * I will award the project on the last day of April and start the work on the 1st of May. * Please make sure that the FLs you propose to me have a track record of punctuality and attention to detail. * I can't stress enough of course that they need to KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. * I expect to have at least 5 different candidates for the project. * I have included the file with the 10 ASINs that they will be tested on. Please send this file to each candidate and ask them to send it back to you with the Titles. Then send the files back to me. Is that possible?
