Hello I read you project description and would like to work with you on this project. I have more than 18 years of software development. My idea is very simple to implement and use. It goes like this: 1. A sheet is created as a sample and can be initially copied 1 time for each employee. 2. If you have a Local Area Network or shared drive on a central PC, all such files should be placed there. 3. Each employee should protect his/her file using Excel password. 4. The manager gets the password of each employee. 5. Each employee fills the information as they wish. I will prepare the format together with you to see the best arrangement of information. I will build an Excel Pivot table to hold the summary by day, by week, by month on separate tabs. 6. Only the employee and the manager will be able to access up-to-date information without any problems. A variation on this scenario can be implemented using MS-Access database.
