An existing application written in C# provides analysis of complex information through a series of "calculator" libraries each of which performs a specific kind of analysis. Each calculator is written in C# as a library. I require a developer who has good mathematics skills and understands Excel to convert a complex set of workbooks into a C# library. Good abstraction skills will be necessary to refactor the Excel formulas into reusable classes. Provide your experience of this work in your bid. Sample spreadsheets and source codes of existing calculators will be made available after I review your bid.
