Hi, I'm a senior programmer in VB.Net/C#/VBA and VSTO. I would be happy to help you with your project. My only question is do we have some liberty about the formatting present in the spreadsheet 1? Based on my experience, it's not a good idea to store values in combo box, as you will have a user form to enter your data, do I am allowed to replace to checkbox by something that will be more future proof? My idea is to use a table (this allow you to insert/add/delete rows like a true database), the user form will simply insert row in this table. I can limit you to 20 rows but a design like this is not limited in any way, so I will let you decide about this restriction. If you still want the check box, I can save their values in a hidden column (this will not be apparent to your user), this way you kept the advantage of the table, and the look of you current spreadsheet 1. Also, if I understood correctly, the upload to your management environnement will be done manually on your side, so I did not add any milestone for this part. Let me know if you want to work with me, I'm not only good with Excel/VBA, I can also guide you about the best practice to use. For your information I'm available to work on my freelancer project from 18h30 to 21h30 EST each day.
