Hello

I would like to get a Excel macro that displays hours timesheet in Excel from raw .xls file. We are a very small team and cannot afford to change our hour system.

WHAT WE NEED

My actual time tracking software delivers the attached export in .xls, with following columns :

- projet (project name)

- Intervenant (colleague involved)

- Type de temps (nature of tasks done)

- Taux horaire (hourly rate)

- Description (text details about the task done)

- date (date in DD/MM/YYYY format)

- min (nb of minutes)

My lacks with this existing system :

- we don't have any sum (money or time) per project

- we dont have time displayed in hours (minutes in note satisfying)

- we can't easily sort time by projet

=> What I need : automatic Excel macro that splits project into multiple sheets and displays sums.

DELIVERABLES :

I need an excel macro that splits this data into multiple sheets within the excel document :

- 1 projects Resume sheet

- 1 people Resume sheet

- several project sheets (one sheet per project, created automatically, rename with the name of the project)

The macro must be delivered into a .xlsx spredsheet

CONTENT OF PROJECT RESUME SHEET

> header with :

"Période : " (Displays time range : from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY)

"nombre de project" - nb of project : X (= number of project found)

> data table "Projets facturés de la période",

One row per project with two columns, sort by project name :

- "projet" (project name)

- Sous-total HT (sum of all due € of the project)

Content for the last line of the table (with bold text) :

- "Total"

- x €HT (= final sum)

CONTENT OF PEOPLE RESUME SHEET

> header with :

"Période : " (Displays time range : from DD/MM/YYYY to DD/MM/YYYY)

"nombre d'intervenants : X" (= nb of people found in "Intervenant" columns )

> data table "Intervenants",

several rows for each people, on row per project, sort by people name, with 3 columns :

- Intervenant (colleague name)

- "projet" (project name)

- SS-total heures (sum of hours per project for this colleague

Content for the last line of the table (with bold text) :

- "Total"

- x hour (= final sum of hours)

CONTENT OF PROJECT SHEET

= 8 columns :

- date (date in DD/MM/YYYY format)

- projet (project name)

- Intervenant (person)

- Type de temps (nature of tasks done)

- Description (text details about the task done)

- Taux horaire €HT (hourly rate in euros)

- Heures (= number of hours,= 'min' (number of minutes) / 60)

- €HT (= 'Taux horaire €HT' * Heures)

! - If 'Taux horaire €HT' = 0, the text the whole row must look erased like this (text with bar)
