We need a Teacher/ Manpower cover scheduling custom software built for our department of 17 teachers. So when 1 teacher is absent we can select the absent teacher from a drop down, and the software will use the schedule of all the teachers to calculate the best options for cover. Needs to be simple, easy to use, fast and compatible with MAC Can use excel or create from scratch using any software etc or programming you wish
