Custom Facebook Tab and Artwork

Hello! We are doing a promotional giveaway and need to create a custom tab on our facebook page. We already have a template that will work but we need artwork created to fit the template as well as for you to update the html and then test it on our facebook page. We will provide you with the template and access to hosting on our server. This project might require a couple design revisions and a first look at the design needs to be delivered by Sunday 1/8. We can provide you with logos and backgrounds. Thank you!
