About Capsuling Capsuling is a Berlin based Startup, developing a mobile app for location specific content. Users can create, discover and share short videos, publicly or privately with friends, according to their specific location. Capsuling was founded in Berlin in September 2012 with a number of partnerships with cultural events and a growing community of content creators. The company completed a successful crowdfunding campaign and is part of the You Is Now Accelerator. The Frontend is written in AngularJS, using PhoneGap. For the Backend, we use Scala Play framework and MongoDB with an Amazon Server. But it is not the right way, initially we can go through the requirements but we definitely need to spend time to write the proposal. Thank you for looking at our bid. The current app does not seem to have eng locale yet, may be the map when I tried was not readable. I would like to assume both Push and geo fencing features using phonegap (cordova) may have unforeseen issues, assume 2-3 weeks effort (pessimistic), rest of the features (2+ weeks effort), also getting to know (and setting up) current build/wokflow (3+ days).
