You can use following techniques: a) you can color in some program like After Effects, Adobe Flash, Illustrator or any else Legal: 1) I require complete source file of program where animation has been created, so that I can edit animation if needed. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, India, Russia, Japan and Croatia Copyright law.
