Creating idle moment animations for virtual pets

We have 20 virtual pets conceived / designed by kids and subsequently redrawn in flash with professional flash designers. We have also done multi directional walk cycle for these pets. We now need some creative enhancements to these pets particularly in 2 contexts namely: - MOUSE OVER: On mouse over the pets should 1. make some funny action 2. Make some sound - IDLING: when idling, the pets should do 1. some idling actions 2. make some subtle sounds appropriate for these idling actions It can be simple, but attention grabbing & funny. We will provide the source flash files with the pet design. These are targeted at kids (7-12yrs). The mouse over actions and the idling moments must be cute, funny and engaging. Each of these pets has a personality and character. The mouse over actions and idling moments must align with the pet personality and its characteristics. It can be simple and does not have to be complicated. It needs to be done well, that's all. Think of the cute little dog that does some simple actions when doing search in windows XP. The actions can be simple, but cute. If you have done any such work in the past or if you have any animation work to show as reference, please provide links to your sample work. This could help speed up finalising the service provider. Payment will be released in 2 stages: first milestone will be 50% work completion (on completion of work relating to 10 pets) and balance 50% will be on completing the remaining work. The work must be completed 100% to the full satisfaction of the users. The completed work will be independently tested and validated with kids. So please bid only if you have the right expertise, talent and are confident of delivering the outcome that will have to pass the crucial test of delighting kids.
