Creative Custom Flash Transition/ Animation - Experts Only

we have a 450x450 frame with about 5-6 pictures. We want 5-6 custom animation effects for this. we are a team of developers so please dont offer us slide in slide out, fade in fate out kind of effects. These should be extremely professional transitions. we dont have time to use the existing animation software to create these transitions. 1. we should be able to change the images & create the swf for any other pictures we want. 2. you should at least give us intructions on how to do this. please give us sample of your work. our budget for this is $30-50 answer 8+4=?
