A few little FLASH jobs I need doing

I need a few little jobs done to my flash movie, I have created a custom loader. Firstly I need the actionscript added so it loads the first frame then loads the rest of the movie with the progress shown on my custom loader. Secondly I have 2 contact forms I need work on. 1 is set up but needs the actionscript adjusted to include an extra field I have added. The second contact form is just an email address field, this also needs to be set up. The third job is just lining up all the menus on the pages, some are slighty out of line with each other. Also if you could look at possible making the file size smaller if possible. The quality can not be compromised, please keep this in mind. Payment is on completion, I always pay as you can see from my feedback.
