Design of homepage add flash

Hello all, need a graphic design to a homepage of a social networking website..... I have a general idea what i want, not to hard but will need to know some flash as i need a video player installed on it also, Project will be re-desgiing of a homepage with some nice lettering,graphics and a video player (No video at this time just need the player so i can add a video later) Time frame i need this done in 2 days as this should not take long at all Please show me some of your work also We need this done yesterday as they say :)
