Add video controler to SWF file

Hi guys, i have SWF file that i need a controller added (play/stop/pause/loader bar/sound volume bar). This is actually a SWF exported from FLV file but i dont have the original FLV...only the output in SWF is available. This file need a common controller like any video player. I have some color preference for the controller but will supply details to the selected service provider. This is quick project for someone who is good in Flash...i am willing to pay not more than the minimum budget stated here for this project. If you cant do this for the minimum budget better you dont waste your time placing bid as your bid will be ignored. I need this done asap (maximum untill tomorrow night). Thanks.
