What I want is a flash application for my users to create avatars. Users should be able to select from male and female models, change haircolor, hairstyle, eyecolor, add shades, add hats... It would be perfect if models and props could uploaded. At least the admin (in that case: me) should be able to add new models and props. I do not know what is possible...tell me! Avatar-size: 100 x 100 px. Avatar has to be saveable. Small budget, sorry folks ;-)
