Color Wheel Animation

Create animation of attached color wheel. Animation Concept: Create flash animation where the wheel is clicked, it begins spinning slowly and gathers pace. While it is spinning, the colours slowly begin to blur and when it gathers pace, it turns to a white circle without any colour. The animation need only run for 5-6 seconds. I will provide you eps file of graphics. Turnaround time is 12 to 24 hours. Estimated budget is $50 (please do not demand escrow in initial stages once i approve your animation i will make it escrow and release payment after completion).
