Basic Web Site w/ some sort of CMS or other way for...

My client wants the ability to easily (via some sort of admin panel) make changes to a couple of area on his web site, ideally visitors will also be able to submit changes, add events, etc. The site is sports related and will be rather basic, the main feature is the ability for my client and the site visitors to add, remove, edit, etc event information (softball and umpiring). The events are pretty much date, time, event title, etc Basic structure of the site: Home Softball Umpire Contact Us I have MANY other projects starting that involve the ability for the site owners to manage content themselves (cms, joomla, etc). I'm looking to build a strong working / business relationship for these types of projects.
