Company Video Banner

Hi, our company is looking for a fantastic banner that acts more as a movie than anything else. We came across: [login to view URL] this video flash banner "media" that we enjoyed. As you can see it's very elaborate but takes the companies mascot and puts it in the setting of what that company does. It's 3d. What we want is someone to take our 2d garlic man logo, make him 3d and add motion to him (like make him blink, sway his head/hair, move his mouth, etc). Get him as much human like as possible. Then we just want half his body to show in our banner (557x250) walking a long (where you can tell he's walking by the way his shoulders and head is moving) through some type of setting that shows what our company does (web hosting/servers/website design). We aren't sure how much a thing like this would cost, but there would be minimal sound - we can provide the sound, but the 3d asspect of the garlic man is needed.
