ADD PRICE PROMISE button unto items

hello , right i need a buttom designed and added on to all my items just like the price promise buttons on [login to view URL] so go to any of there items and you'll see [login to view URL] (flie attached) and click it have a look at there page i need my page to look the same as theres Web Address: and a box with this text in (URL of the cheaper product) Lower Price: same as above£ (Price we need to beat) How did you find the above site?: and the same text in side a box eg. Google Search, Shopzilla, Etc. Once we have verified the cheaper product meets our price match terms and conditions, we will beat that price at [login to view URL] and even email you a link back to the item ready for you to purchase! Your Email: Your Name: these need to be sourced on to all my items and for the page if poss to stand out like theres as well but we can talk over this the button has to be different but i would like it to have a thumbs up and may be and shine on it so it stands out please ( attachment added ) my site is [login to view URL] so it all needs to fit in to my sites colours and fonts please!!! i DON'T like milstones and i would like to see any ideas you have before making my last judgement i'm looking for a deal !!!!!!! any more info need just message me on freelancer thanks very much lee
