Adult Cams Site

Im looking for re-designing of the site www.hotcam.bg. I'd like it to looks like www.livejasmin.com. Show me a mockup for some custom - made gorgeous site with the color scheme of livejasmin. Requirements: HTML/CSS optimized for 800X600 & 1024X768 with bunch of graphics but not lots of. no coding, just design: Content: - Enter page - Index page (with thumbs of cams) - View show page - Main inner pages (for terms etc) - Unique Registration page (as on livejasmin) - Control panel inner pages DO NOT COPY/PASTE list of your sites and bullshits like "we are a big company" etc. I Only choose freelancers that shows at least 3 pages (index, main and inner or view show page). Starting Budget is 80$ and will go high if i like this a lot.
