Advanced Compnay Site and Logo Design

We have a very specific idea of the web design we want. Its for our new company Talus. It will be a creative service and event production company providing live sound, dj, vj, live video, video editing, graphic design, etc to our customers. Our slogan is "What Do You Need?" We would like to have a very unique homepage. It will be very simple. Think web 2.0. We want the name Talus and than a list next to it that scrolls on mouseover to reveal the different services so that the title changes from TALUS to say TALUS DJ or TALUS SOUND as you scroll. We're going for that windows media center scroll look. The only reason we mention this specifically is we need a designer who can create this kind of a thing probably flash is needed. The rest of the site should be html with a large banner up top and a content panel below it. The content panel should be tabbed using ajax so you can switch tabs without refreshing. So the way it will work is sound will have its own page with a nice banner image of say a sound mixer and than below it you have a Live Sound tab a Sound Rental tab and a Sound install tab each with its own text. The logo will need to be designed by you as well but it will only need to be the name TALUS as text in a nice font. Color: white grey and black as we want to be open to using any color scheme for future products and services. Bids: must have sample work. Also mock-ups of what you can do for us would be nice.
